The role involves collaborating on the design and documentation of various projects, including cultural, institutional, high-end residential, and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with and supporting teams in all phases of design and documentation

Working on tasks ranging from concept development and presentations to completion of contract documents and construction administration for projects

Required

Architectural degree from an accredited institution

Strong design background (including physical model making, hand drawing and sketching, graphics and presentation skills)

Experience with developing drawing sets from Concept Design through Construction Documents

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray or Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite software, and Microsoft Office software

Immediate availability and authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship

A minimum of three (3) years of professional architectural experience is required

Preferred

Motivated and gifted designer with a passion for design, problem solving, and a positive, collaborative work style

Hardworking, passionate about design, sustainability, and creative ideas

Collaboration, organization, and communication skills are desired

Work experience examples should represent architectural thought processes, a strong design sense, and interest in growing technical building knowledge
