Building Engineer
University Retirement Community is dedicated to providing care and support to its residents. As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of community buildings and systems while also engaging with residents to build relationships and enhance their experience.

Responsibilities
Ensure proper inspection, repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment
Troubleshooting our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Heating, Ventilation, Air Cooling (HVAC) systems
Interact with our residents on a daily basis
Independently work on ongoing projects
Perform general inspections
Help turn over residences
Monitor building systems
Handle resident requests
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HVAC, MEP, life safety and/or utility systems
Availability in afternoons to independently work on ongoing projects
Ability to perform general inspections
Ability to help turn over residences
Ability to monitor building systems
Ability to handle resident requests
