Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of SAP's Business AI portfolio, including SAP AI Core (formerly known as SAP AI Foundation on BTP), SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation, and how Joule enhances various SAP applications
Identify and analyze client business challenges and opportunities, mapping them to relevant SAP AI solutions
Design and architect comprehensive AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing SAP landscapes, leveraging SAP AI Core for machine learning scenarios
Lead client workshops and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of SAP AI and demonstrating its potential to drive business outcomes
Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the technical and business benefits of proposed solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and SAP technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases related to SAP AI
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a broad understanding of AI concepts and techniques
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP AI solutions, including SAP BTP AI Core, Joule, BTP Machine Learning, SAP Intelligent RPA
Deep understanding of SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its integration with AI services
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust
Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred
Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML offerings
Knowledge of specific industry use cases for SAP AI (e.g., finance, manufacturing, retail)
SAP certifications related to AI and BTP
