Calling – Applicants must be comfortable with making over 100 cold calls per week, talking with strangers, and dealing with rejection
Training – Our proven training program prepares newer team members for a career in commercial real estate loan originations that maximizes potential and supports growth
Mentorship - Individual one-to-one coaching with High Street Capital Senior Leadership to transfer knowledge and accelerate ramp-up time
Support- Loan originators have access to a support team of financial analysts, transaction coordinators, marketing professionals and seasoned leadership
Qualification
Required
