Partner Program Associate

Agency Cybersecurity is an elite, AI-powered cybersecurity and compliance firm serving high-growth, VC-backed SaaS companies. The Partner Program Associate will help build and scale the Master vCISO Partner ecosystem, supporting business development, partner recruitment, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential new partners (MSPs, MSSPs, audit prep firms, and cybersecurity boutiques)
Support outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email
Schedule discovery calls and demos with prospective partners
Maintain and update the partner CRM pipeline with accurate data
Help create and distribute partner-facing sales enablement materials — decks, one-pagers, email templates, and case studies
Coordinate co-marketing activities (webinars, events, content partnerships)
Manage updates to the Partner Portal and assist with marketing asset organization
Track campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics
Support Agency’s sales team and partner managers during active co-sell opportunities
Prepare Mutual Action Plans, proposals, and follow-up documentation for partner deals
Track partner revenue contribution, SPIFs, and MDF usage in HubSpot
Coordinate between internal vCISO, audit, and GRC engineering teams to ensure partner deal execution
Act as a first point of contact for partner inquiries
Help onboard new partners and ensure successful ramp-up (training sessions, certification scheduling, resource access)
Collect feedback from partners to inform program improvements and marketing collateral

Required

1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or sales operations (cybersecurity, SaaS, or agency experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Proficient in tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and basic CRM/sales tech
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn GTM and channel strategies
Professional, polished, and thrives in a high-performance, in-person environment
