Responsibilities
Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create comprehensive test plans
Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to identify defects and areas of improvement
Maintain and enhance the existing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices in automated testing methodologies
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing
Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing progress and product quality to stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends in automation testing tools and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as an SDET with a focus on automation testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience with test management tools and version control systems such as Git
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
