AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space. The Associate Electrical Test Engineer is responsible for the development and execution of tests to ensure the quality of products, analyzing product features, and preparing test reports.

Responsibilities

Meeting with the product design team and sub-system lead engineers to determine product testing requirements

Writing test plans, test procedures and developing test processes to maturity

Execution of the test procedure

Training of technical staff and providing technical support when needed

Development, evaluation and implementation of automation into test processes wherever possible

Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards

Preparing test reports for management

Providing subject-matter expertise on test equipment and methods to product engineering teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace or Computer engineering field or Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of direct experience

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident

Must be able to read, write, and speak English
