Responsibilities
Lead a team of up to 8-10 Account Executives by participating in or leading prospect meetings, and engaging other corporate resources as required
Own team revenue targets; ensure consistent attainment of quotas and growth objectives
Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent with diverse perspectives
Develop talent systematically with structured coaching, mentoring and career pathways
Deliver structured coaching rooted in established methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC), enhanced by AI insights
Actively participate in complex deal cycles, providing strategy, executive sponsorship, and negotiation expertise
Enforce disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, leveraging CRM (Salesforce) alongside AI-enabled forecasting platforms
Conduct smarter deal reviews by incorporating AI insights (e.g., conversation intelligence, buyer intent signals, and risk scoring)
Guide AEs on how to use AI tools for account planning, call prep, and stakeholder mapping
Champion the adoption of AI to improve forecast accuracy, reduce slippage, and identify opportunities earlier
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
7-10 years of management experience and 8-10+ years in solution-based sales, focused on complex business applications
Proven ability to lead and coach Account Executives to consistently deliver revenue growth
Experienced in selling Cloud, SaaS, and On-Demand software solutions
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate CRM and AI-driven insights into actionable sales strategies
Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated success selling into C-level executives across multiple industries, including IT
Consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Skilled in hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategic account management
Knowledge of regional enterprise markets and business opportunities
Technically adept, able to articulate complex solutions with clarity and confidence
