Green Key Resources is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join their Operations team. The successful candidate will support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient middle to back-office processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Assist with instrument setups, trade bookings, reconciling trading activity, resolving trade breaks for multiple accounts

Process daily wire requests and document signature requests

Assist with various asset classes closings and lifecycle event processing

Assist with account openings, system related setups, connectivity with administrators and other third parties

Handle various KYC requests and audit inquires

Support the month-end close, reconciliations and reporting

Collaborate across internal teams, including the finance, compliance, analytics, software, legal, IR, and investment teams

Collaborate externally with fund administrators, vendors and other service providers in the course of daily cash and position reconciliations, file processing, and process improvement

Support adherence to internal controls and compliance protocols through rules maintenance

Familiarity with various financial asset classes such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments
