Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships

As the Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships, you will lead the development of technology and go-to-market alliances, creating strategies to enhance partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Channel Strategies : Design and implement partner programs to drive pipeline growth and sales through key channel partners
Create incentive programs that are conducive to Partner Development and incremental SysAid revenue
Analyze the ITSM market to identify partnership opportunities
Enablement & Training : Conduct training sessions, webinars, and enablement programs to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell and support our solutions
Train and enable internal SysAid Sales Executives and Account Managers on Channel Strategy and facilitate account mapping with Partner AEs
Identify and qualify companies whose value propositions will be enhanced by working in partnership with SysAid
Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth : Collaborate with channel partners to co-develop pipeline opportunities, forecast sales, and close deals
Support the product team in engaging and partnering with technology alliances
Develop and execute partnership agreements, manage complex business engagements from initiation to closing
Own revenue pipeline tied to strategic alliances and partnerships
Track performance and ROI of alliance initiatives, reporting regularly to executive leadership
Manage and Develop New Key Partner Relationships : Establish and nurture strong relationships with partner sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Collaborate with Internal Teams (Product, R&D, customer operations, finance, marketing, and sales): Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives
Maintain strong executive-level relationships with key alliance stakeholders
Work closely with Sales leadership to enable field teams and drive pipeline growth through alliances
Proactively monitor and communicate partner usage, adoption, and performance metrics, working to identify potential solutions for improvement; conduct periodic strategic business and operations reviews with the company and its partners

Required

You are an accomplished leader with a strong background in business development, product management, and strategic alliances, with the presence to engage executive decision-makers
You have a track record of successful B2B SaaS go-to-market
You have a great balance of strategic thinking with a strong roll-up-your-sleeves and ‘get it done' mentality
You are passionate about identifying new synergies, new business models, and new use cases, and translating them into successful partnerships
You have strong analytical and project management skills
You are a motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
Bachelor of Engineering or Business, or above degree. MBA is a plus
ITSM Industry background is highly desirable
Verbal and written communication skills with experience articulating concepts to cross-functional audiences
