Responsibilities
Professional-level ability to work with an industry standard 3D modeling package such as Rhino 3D or 3DS Max – we use Rhino 3D, but will consider candidates with experience using other software such as Blender, et al if they are willing and able to learn Rhino quickly
Significant experience creating and manipulating graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work well within a team and also to manage time and complete tasks independently. Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining design excellence
Must be comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making revisions, able to pivot quickly from one project to the next, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to articulate design ideas, possess active listening and note-taking skills, understand client objectives
An innate aesthetic sense that is both individual to you and also compatible with the Highway 85 Creative team
An ability to be inspired, a desire to do great work, and willingness to hold yourself to your highest standard
Always foster a collaborative and energetic interaction with your peers
Stellar work ethic, initiative, and follow-through
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and internal teams

Professional experience within the live-event industry
A strong portfolio of relevant professional work experience
Construction/Fabrication background
Ability to learn and adapt to team dynamics
Familiarity with Google Suite/Microsoft Suite products

Bachelor's degree in 3D design, industrial design, architecture, or a related field
