The Marketing Game Night Staff/Brand Ambassador will promote the Washington Capitals in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, engaging with fans and supporting marketing initiatives during home games and community events.

Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of set-up, execution, and breakdown of gameday giveaways and theme night activations
Assist with the setup of in-arena signage and gameday programs
Engage and interact with fans at home games and community events to enhance fan experience and champion the Capitals brand
Support with special event responsibilities including distribution of promotional items, community activations, and more
Serve as an ambassador to the Capitals in the community
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 18 years of age
Passionate about sports and supporting the Capitals and the other MSE franchises
Able to interact with guests and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner
Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Able to move quickly throughout the arena using stairs, elevators, and escalators
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted
Preferred
Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred
