Responsibilities

Facilitate the gathering, creation, validation, and documentation of master data objects in SAP S4 and ServiceMax for capital equipment and related service and commercial offerings
Maintain and update material master data, service BOMs, and commercial bundle configurations in alignment with engineering and commercial strategies
Collaborate closely with the Service Development Engineering team to ensure product and service structures (e.g., BOMs, installation configurations) are correctly documented and maintained
Partner with Commercial and Service Operations teams to reflect evolving product offerings and service strategies in master data and supporting documentation
Develop and manage templates, trackers, and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy across master data records
Ensure proper linkage and traceability of master data across SAP and ServiceMax to support downstream usage in commercial, service, supply chain, and finance processes
Participate in data quality reviews and lead the resolution of inconsistencies or data gaps
Support data-related deliverables for product commercialization, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP S4 and ServiceMax master data structures related to capital equipment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with master data in information systems (preferably SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce, and/or Windchill)
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel or other data management and transformation tools

Preferred

Prior experience in capital equipment or medical device industries
Familiarity with data governance and master data management best practices
Experience with process improvement or project management methodologies
Working knowledge of commercial and service operations in a product-based organization
