Responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Serve as a subject matter expert for deposit products, ensuring timely updates to pricing in response to Central Bank actions and market events
Utilize data analytics to identify portfolio trends and develop actionable insights
Collaborate effectively across teams to implement proactive strategies that remediate and optimize deposit portfolio pricing

Required

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Demonstrated ability to develop and apply data analytics and data literacy skills to support business development
Proven ability in executing complex, large-scale analytical processes with precision and efficiency
Strong competencies in communication, problem-solving, analytics, organization, administration, and project management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience working within highly matrixed and complex organizational environments
Preferred background in liquidity management, product management, or other related function under transaction banking
Prior experience in implementing process performance improvements and supporting system migrations preferred
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
