Sales Development Representative
WitnessAI is a fast-growing AI Security startup focused on enabling safe and effective AI use for enterprises. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team, playing a crucial role in the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Strong emphasis on proactive outbound prospecting - researching target accounts, personalizing outreach, and driving first-touch conversations to create pipeline
Qualifying Leads: Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline, and ensure they are a good fit for our platform
Nurture Relationships: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects, educating them on our product offerings and the value of WitnessAI
Scheduling Demos/Meetings: Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from SDR to the supporting Regional Sales Director(s)
CRM Management: Update and manage prospect data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and pipeline activity
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and the marketing team to align efforts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
Sales Training & Development: Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and knowledge about our products, the industry, and best practices
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS or technology)
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and build rapport with prospects
Self-motivated with a hunger to learn, grow, and exceed goals
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Team player with a collaborative mindset
