Responsibilities

Lead full life cycle implementations for Duck Creek Policy, ensuring effective configuration, development, integration, and testing
Develop and support solutions using Duck Creek tools such as Express, Author, Transact, Forms, and Server
Provide technical leadership for Property & Casualty (P&C) billing processes, including payments, commissions, billing, and collections
Ensure compliance with Duck Creek standards and implement necessary remediation guidelines
Support enterprise reporting initiatives leveraging Duck Creek Insights, Extract Mapper, and Power BI

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in Duck Creek tools are a plus
5-10+ years of experience working with Duck Creek policy administration system
Proficient in Duck Creek tools including Express (v3+), Theme Maker, Author, Server, Transact, Forms, and User Admin
Hands-on experience with Duck Creek versions v6.x, v7.x, and v8.x
Familiarity with Duck Creek Insights, Extract Mapper, and Power BI

Preferred

Experience with AMI and Anywhere is preferred
