Facility Maintenance Lead-Night shift +$1.00 Differential

Responsibilities

Ensures completion of Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance and Records Retention in accordance to company procedures and standards
Ability to learn and utilize software to include CMMS Systems, Graphical Interfaces and other applicable programs
Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements
Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research. May require advanced problem solving
Shares information with professionals with less experience and/or expertise
Support the Facility Technicians in diagnosing complex Mechanical and Electrical problems using technical drawings (e.g., blueprints, Electrical/Mechanical Schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
Support the Facility Technicians in troubleshooting and repair of Complete Motor Control problems on equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External Input / Output (I/O) Devices
Support the Facility Technicians in performing Preventative Maintenance and Repairs on Conveyor equipment, Manufacturing equipment, Grounds, Building Equipment and PIT (Power Industrial Truck)
Questions and issues are predominantly routine but associate must be able to deviate from standard scripts and procedures as needed
Attend Daily Production meetings as needed
Ability to work at heights from ladders and aerial lifts
Ability to work on the exterior of the Fulfillment/Manufacturing Center and within a non-climate controlled environment
Ability to complete additional tasks and requests, as needed, from the sites Leadership Team
The duties listed above are representative of the physical and environmental demands required by an individual to successfully perform the essential duties of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. This position does require standing, sitting and walking for prolonged period of time, continuous use of hands, twisting, bending and stooping to perform tasks. Duties also include being able to lift up to 50lbs
Able to effectively communicate issues to not only other team members but as well as to the operational team
Works under general supervision with some latitude for independent judgement

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Extensive proficiency, typically requires five (5) or more years of related experience/education in Material Handling Equipment (Conveyors and Sortation Equipment), Manufacturing, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Maintenance and / or Installation is required
Advanced Mechanical Troubleshooting
Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting and NEC compliance
Advanced Motor Controls Troubleshooting
Advanced PLC Troubleshooting
Advanced Fabrication Skillset
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
