Account Executive Advisor

Responsibilities

Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the organization's future
Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources
Works under minimal direction
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment; influences others
Serves as consultant to leadership and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectives
Qualification
Required
BA or equivalent + 10 years related experience, or MA+ 8 years related experience
The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Exceptional business acumen with strong influencing and negotiation skills on behalf of both company and customer
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and the ability to apply insights across diverse market segments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a persistent drive for success
Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Highly responsive with a proactive, results-oriented approach
Effective both independently and as part of cross-functional teams across multiple company locations
Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities ('hunter' mindset)
Industry experience in folding carton packaging and consumer products required
