Responsibilities

Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 20 mpbs upload and 50 mpbs download or higher, high speed internet connection. We will provide the computer and technical equipment necessary to be successful in this role
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key business executives and stakeholders
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service with 100% accuracy
Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations
Manage high volume inbound calls and email requests
Identify opportunities to add additional services to increase the value of the property
Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance

Required

High School/GED
2+ years customer service, sales, or account management of major/national accounts experience
Ability to pass a computer assessment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication is a prerequisite
Flexibility with schedule and work hours to align with business needs
An eye for detail and for accuracy
Demonstrable experience managing high profile, multi-location, and/or high revenue commercial accounts
Demonstrated ability to multitask
Intermediate to advanced skill in various software and web-based applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
