Regional Account Executive - Northeast & Mid-Atlantic Region

Tablet Command, Inc. is transforming how public safety agencies operate with its enterprise SaaS platform. The Regional Account Executive will drive sales growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions by managing accounts and building relationships with fire departments and public safety agencies.

Responsibilities

Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts
Build relationships with senior fire service leaders (Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement) to align Tablet Command's value with their operational needs
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships
Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM and sales management tools

Required

Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management
OR senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development
Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding annual quotas
Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
High degree of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Technically curious and able to quickly understand and articulate product value
Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 20-30%)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

Candidates living in the region with strong relationships across fire departments, communication centers, and public safety networks
