Responsibilities

Develop strategies to optimize profit for Hyundai/Genesis vehicles to achieve financial targets

Analyze financial data with the ability to propose enhancement opportunities to product competitiveness and drive profitability

Monitor any external factors, such as government and regulatory changes, in order to suggest actions with urgency

Align Americas SR Performance with TdC (total delivered cost) Target and develop countermeasures to minimize any discrepancies

Evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and technology advancements to uncover growth opportunities

Active involvement with cost-reduction activities in collaboration across the enterprise

Accountable for on-time performance of program milestones

Influence cross-functionally as high as one-level up

Development of personnel within the group

Propose solutions to PDO upper management

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Eight or more years of professional experience in automotive manufacturer/distributor with direct product responsibilities (planning, marketing, and/or sales)

Minimum three years of supervisory experience desired

Cross-functional team management experience is required

Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency

Good organizational and Data mining skills

Effective communication skills

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to simplify complex issues, develop compelling point of view, persuasively make case for change leading to action

Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills required for external and Senior Leadership interactions

Strong automotive technology knowledge

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus
