They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee daily operations on assigned projects, ensuring production, safety, and quality control while collaborating with various teams and managing project flow.

Responsibilities

As the Foreman, you will direct the daily activities on assigned projects and manage all aspects of Production, Scheduling, Safety, Quality Control, and Administration while reporting directly to the projects Superintendent

Lead the development of a comprehensive project plan utilizing the Corbins Project Plan Development Guidelines

Execute production tracking for assigned construction projects

Collaborate with Field Support team including Purchasing, Prefabrication, and Virtual Construction to maintain project flow

Promote Corbins in a positive light at all times when dealing with customers, trade partners, subcontractors, and other industry professionals

Ensure professional resolution of escalated field related issues and customer satisfaction

Identify project prefabrication opportunities and develop project kitting plan

Qualification

Electrical systems knowledgeNational Electrical Code (NEC)Electrical Construction experienceBlueprint interpretationOSHA safety standardsTroubleshooting skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteOSHA-30 certificationEffective communicationProblem-solving skills

Required

Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting

Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA safety standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

5+ years of Electrical Construction experience

An OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Corbins will provide training for you to obtain this if you do not currently have it
