Responsibilities
Own discovery and solution design for qualified opportunities across government verticals
Facilitate structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover goals, metrics, blockers, and context
Translate customer needs into compelling, actionable solution designs that reflect product fit and implementation strategy
Partner with AEs to shape opportunity flow—including qualification, stakeholder coverage, and demo alignment
Work cross-functionally with Architects, Product, and Services to validate solution approaches and flag risks early
Contribute to internal frameworks, configuration playbooks, and reusable content based on live deal experience
Share insights from discovery and solutioning that inform messaging, product direction, or field enablement
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in presales, consulting, solution architecture, or public sector SaaS
Strong track record facilitating discovery and aligning technology to real-world customer needs
Clear written and verbal communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop structured solution designs using templates, visuals, and narratives
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and collaborative solutioning environments
A consultative, customer-first mindset and deep interest in public sector modernization
