Responsibilities
Provide operations support to the PX VP, District Managers and field sales teams
Assist in running the business cadences for PX Sales, which includes forecasting, pipeline management and the metrics that support the business
Assist and project manage the sales planning of the Portworx business, which includes planning the sales coverage, the sales compensation, and incentives
Track and measure the sales performance in terms of districts, segmentations and theater
Partner with deal monetization team on new SFDC enhancements to provide faster and efficient quoting process
Partner with BI team on creation of PX dashboard to be utilized by sales leadership
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in Sales Operations or a similar role in a fast-paced growing sales organization
Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business
Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
