Responsibilities

Execute tactical tasks to meet client deliverables, including project components from design to implementation

Perform team activities based on IT leadership priorities and availability

Migrate on-premises resources to cloud environments

Troubleshoot issues related to Azure and Office 365

Participate in project implementation, offering technical guidance, training, and direction

Apply creative problem-solving and identify opportunities for improvement

Provide subject matter expertise for technical guidance, training, and direction

Lead, review, and ensure the quality of work products and daily tasks

Provide timely feedback on deliverables to clients

Establish and maintain professional relationships between IT and its customers

Perform other job duties as requested
