Mid, Senior LevelSolid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager to join their Division 8 team. The role involves managing Division 8 projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely execution of project tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage and run active Division 8 projects, ensuring day-to-day operations stay on track
Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to drive project execution
Keep schedules tight, flag delays, and adjust workflows as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
Provide regular status updates to management and clients
Address and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively
While not required, ability to step in and help with estimating is a plus
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Project Manager in Division 8 or a related construction environment
Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our Denver office. Local candidates or those willing to relocate only
Clear, professional communicator, both verbal and written
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned projects
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be organized and able to handle multiple active jobs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Comsense Experience: Preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the software is a plus
Ability to step in and help with estimating is a plus
