Responsibilities
Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Present tailored solutions that meet each client’s compliance and operational needs
Manage the full sales process — from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing
Partner with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Track performance metrics, pipeline progress, and client engagement in CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the mortgage, financial services, or appraisal industries
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to exceed goals
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment
