Process Integration Engineer – SiP Yield

They are seeking a Process Integration Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives that maximize fabrication yield for new heterogeneous integration technology in the 6G and AI sectors.

Responsibilities
Translate design and performance requirements to process development initiatives
Enable NPI developments with design, manufacturing, and customer teams
Monitor quality of fabrication lots to mitigate risk and maximize yield
Analyze failures and root cause; develop solutions and lead corrective actions
Define and drive process improvement initiatives to maximize product and platform yield
Meet accelerated project schedules; communicate and manage risks
Qualification
Required
MS or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant fields, with a strong background in semiconductor fabrication
Hands-on experience is required in:
Compound semiconductors and/or silicon technologies
Heterogeneous integration, advanced packaging & assembly
Thermal, mechanical and electrical reliability
Technical project management
Experience with New Technology Introduction and New Product Introduction
Statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE)
