In this role, you'll deliver exceptional support to homeowners and professional dealers, guiding them through product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat—supporting everything from product selection and design guidance to troubleshooting and order inquiries
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, helping identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Apply creative problem-solving to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience
Develop deep expertise in Serena shades, Caséta products, and related tools including our website, chat system, admin platform, and online design tools
Support Budget Blinds dealers by gaining knowledge of additional Lutron shade and system components
Convert customer inquiries into sales using proven techniques and a consultative approach
Ensure timely, professional follow-up with customers to maintain satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and business goals
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required; if less than 5 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
Must be located within commutable distance of Coopersburg, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
Must have availability to work rotating schedules between the hours of 8am-8pm EST M-F and 9am-6pm Saturdays
Preferred
Minimum 5 years work experience in a customer facing role preferred; leadership experience is a plus
