Responsible for leading and directing the enterprise health information management services department across the multi-facility integrated healthcare delivery system, including Kenmare Hospital, Trinity Homes, Trinity Clinics, and Trinity Hospitals; striving for compliance and promoting best practices and education in all areas
Responsible for oversight of Facility and Physician Coding, Release of Information, Incomplete Documentation, Transcription, Record Storage Retrieval, Document Imaging, and Clinical Documentation Improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and directing health information management services
Knowledge of compliance and best practices in healthcare delivery systems
Oversight experience in Facility and Physician Coding
Experience with Release of Information processes
Knowledge of Incomplete Documentation management
Experience in Transcription services
Knowledge of Record Storage Retrieval systems
Experience with Document Imaging
Expertise in Clinical Documentation Improvement
