Responsibilities

Support a team providing enterprise IT operations support for a DHS customer

Focus on infrastructure management and operations including monitoring, incident response, cybersecurity, system administration, patching, and unified communications

Emphasize automation to minimize manual intervention, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors

Implement platforms that orchestrate workflows for end-to-end task execution

Utilize AI and predictive analytics to detect anomalies, predict failures, and initiate self-healing processes

Required

Bachelor's Degree

A minimum of 10 years' experience in Windows engineering specifically including:

Analysis related to design, development, and integration of hardware and software to support large scale Windows environments with virtualization

10 years' experience testing large scale Windows environments

Experience performing a variety of engineering and operational related assignments associated with Storage operations, backup operations, and virtualization software (VMware's vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V on a set of enterprise-level IT systems

10 years' experience writing scripts with a scripting language, with knowledge of ANSIBLE

Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL processes

Experienced in AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud Services, and other Cloud environments

Eligibility for Entry on Duty clearance
