Responsibilities
Lead projects and strategic initiatives for senior executives
Develop research and insights on high impact topics relevant to top of house executives, with a focus on finance and economics
Support senior executives in creating and communicating their priorities
Partner directly with and advise executives on high importance, high impact topics
Manage and develop a high performing team of strategy associates
Craft compelling stories rooted in rigorous insights to influence senior executive and business leaders
Manage and coach high potential associates, including actively crafting a vision for their roles and their success
Advance the thinking on marketplace and competitive insights, working with others on the team to manage and evolve our data portfolio
Develop relationships with and influence agendas of key senior business leaders
Independently manage projects and people while also leading group problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Financial analysis, Equity Research, or a combination
Preferred
Experience in identifying and solving problems independently in a constantly changing environment
People management and development skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with design thinking
