Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large, multi-year initiatives that enhance digital resilience and operational security across the organization
Develop strategic program roadmaps: Define sequencing, dependencies, and integration plans for interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
Manage budgets and resources: Oversee multimillion-dollar programs ($5–10M+), balancing internal and external resource allocations while optimizing cost efficiency and capacity planning
Partner with executive leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven insights on program status, risks, and outcomes
Mitigate risk and ensure compliance: Anticipate potential issues, quantify their impact, and implement mitigation strategies that keep programs on track and audit-ready
Foster cross-functional collaboration: Align teams across technology, operations, and business units to ensure effective communication, delivery consistency, and shared ownership of results
Optimize performance through governance: Establish frameworks for prioritization, progress tracking, and decision-making tied to KPIs, ROI, and enterprise risk metrics
Advance process maturity: Implement and continuously refine PMO-aligned methodologies, integrating best practices from Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Drive change management: Lead organizational adoption efforts, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, informed, and empowered through structured communication and transition planning
Enable transparency and visibility: Create dashboards, reports, and metrics that clearly communicate progress, risk posture, and strategic impact to leadership teams

Required

8+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity
Proven success managing complex initiatives exceeding $5M in budget across multi-year timelines and blended resource models (internal/external, labor/non-labor)
Deep understanding of program and project management frameworks—Waterfall, Agile, SDLC—and their application in large enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, coach project managers, and build cohesive, high-performing cross-functional partnerships
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—capable of influencing executive sponsors and aligning technical and business objectives
Expertise in cost control, capacity modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI-driven performance tracking
Proficiency with enterprise portfolio management tools (ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, MS Project, Power BI)
Hands-on experience implementing change management strategies to support large-scale technology or security programs
Skilled in business process mapping, risk analysis, and operational governance for mission-critical systems
Self-starter with the ability to thrive amid ambiguity, lead through influence, and build structured solutions in evolving environments
Familiarity with the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors is highly valued

Preferred

Experience integrating cybersecurity programs into enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
Background developing multi-year roadmaps for digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, or operational resilience
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data visualization and reporting to inform decision-making and strategy
Proven ability to lead retrospectives, document lessons learned, and apply continuous improvement to program delivery models
