Responsibilities
Provide training, coaching, and counseling to dealership personnel
Maintain adherence to factory guidelines and Mopar Express Lane programs
Develop and implement processes in dealerships
Generate action plans and review them with upper management
Measure performance using supplied reporting systems and apply benchmarks for success (Salesforce, Profit, CX, Tires/Parts, MVP, MSER, and other assigned programs)
Plan all travel within company guidelines
Report on all travel and training plans to the assigned field manager weekly if required
Manage daily activities in and out of dealerships and report all workday activities to the assigned field manager
Present, facilitate, and provide program training or guidance to large groups
Prospect and review programs with dealer management staff or ownership to gain additional program growth
Keep documented activity of assigned dealerships, including store visits and program progression
Communicate any roadblocks or concerns to field managers regularly
Maintain a professional appearance, including business casual dress and clean personal hygiene
Perform additional job duties as assigned and subject to change with management approval or direction
Qualification
Required
Five plus (5+) years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience
Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair
Experience with on-site dealership training
Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required
