Responsibilities

Execute precise layup and lamination of composite materials using both hand and automated techniques
Perform advanced rolling of composite tubing with power-driven table roll systems, ensuring alignment, ply orientation, and structural integrity
Conduct cello-wrapping, vacuum bagging, and controlled curing in ovens and presses to achieve engineered specifications
Remove, de-tool, and prepare finished parts, ensuring zero-defect quality
Perform detailed finishing operations: trimming, bonding, machining, and inspection using precision tools and gauges
Support tooling preparation, maintenance, and fabrication for continuous production flow
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve process efficiency, material performance, and part consistency
Maintain clean, organized, and safety-focused work environments that reflect the precision of our products
Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, documentation, and production quality that align with aerospace requirements

Required

A skilled composite fabricator or technician with hands-on experience in aerospace, motorsport, or high-performance manufacturing environments
Comfortable reading work orders, engineering drawings, and production specs to guide complex fabrication sequences
Motivated by quality, precision, and the knowledge that your work contributes directly to mission-critical aerospace applications
Self-driven, dependable, and passionate about continuous improvement — both in your craft and the process
Able to perform physically active work requiring manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and sustained focus
An effective communicator and team player who values professionalism, craftsmanship, and innovation

Preferred

3+ years of composite manufacturing or advanced fabrication experience (aerospace, automotive, sporting goods, or similar precision environment)
Expertise in carbon fiber pre-preg layup, vacuum processing, trimming, bonding, and finishing
Familiarity with machining, tooling preparation, or autoclave/oven operations
Proven ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain aerospace-level quality standards
Proficiency with measurement instruments and documentation of inspection results
High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or composite certification strongly preferred
