Responsibilities

Develop and implement UC solutions and coordinate applications across the enterprise

Evaluate UC system capability to determine integration requirements and ensure final solutions meet organizational needs

Develop requirements to improve the efficiency and utilization of the UC's infrastructure, particularly where automation may be applied

Develop and test UC software solutions and provide customer training of the UC features and functionality

Required

Bachelor's degree or five (5) years' directly related work experience in lieu of degree

Seven (7) years combined experience in telecommunications, voice, data, and call center or related areas

Three (3) years of experience in providing Cisco Call Manager and/or Cisco Unified Communications services

PC, office equipment, Digital telephony, IP telephony, video end-points

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)

Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)

Analytical, Research, Word Processing, P.C., MS Word, MS Excel

Must be willing to respond to IT related Outages on 24x7 basis

Must have strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize work efficiently
