Responsibilities

Run project kickoff meetings with clients and tech teams

Manage daily schedules for crews, subcontractors, and equipment

Review scopes, drawings, and plans for alignment with client expectations

Track changes, handle client communication, and manage closeout

Walk and inspect active construction and commercial sites

Ensure teams have drawings, access, and goals set each day

Track labor, productivity, and materials

Maintain documentation and closeout reports

Be the primary client contact during installs

Coordinate with GCs, superintendents, and trades

Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance

Use Monday.com for scheduling & task tracking

Maintain job folders in SharePoint

Join weekly Ops Syncs with Install and Engineering
