Responsibilities

Define and execute the mobile technology strategy, aligning with business goals and client needs

Lead the planning and implementation of new technologies and major releases for enterprise-wide mobile platforms

Oversee teams responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing mobile systems

Manage complex infrastructure projects and evaluate long-term solutions for scalability and performance

Ensure mobile platforms meet business service levels and deliver exceptional client experiences

Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing technical team, setting clear performance standards and fostering growth

Represent Vanguard externally at industry events and vendor strategy sessions

Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain Vanguard’s leadership in mobile innovation
