Collect and maintain accurate client, broker, carrier, and coverage data; track renewals; manage databases (e.g., Salesforce); execute post-binding tasks
Coordinate local services; ensure compliance with deliverables and procedures
Participate in presentations and projects; attend meetings and industry events; assist with invoicing, certificates, and accounting issues; prepare reports and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong command of English with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of insurance and risk management concepts
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies
Flexible to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed
Proven time management and organizational skills to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlines
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively
Skilled in professional communication, negotiation, and relationship building
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
