Responsibilities
Manage large datasets that are fundamentally subject to variation due to purchase idiosyncrasies, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis
Synthesize and translate analytical and research results into clear and compelling recommendations
Create and manage weekly knowledge mapping to ensure completeness, and thereby the accuracy of the data to ensure its usefulness to medical device and pharmaceutical customers
Utilize project management methodology to guide work efforts and projects to deliver insightful data analysis
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and help implement solutions
Develop, build, and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key customers
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of relevant work experience required
Experience analyzing large and complex datasets that are challenged by variation and require synthesis is required
Skilled at drawing unique insights from healthcare spend data in Manufacturing or Pharma required
Expert skills at translating complex technical language clearly and concisely to the level of the audience is required
Solid communication skills, proven collaboration skills, and the ability to learn from experience and from the team is essential
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables
Preferred
Relevant degree in a technical or quantitative discipline preferred. Master's degree a plus
Experience working with supplier as well as economic healthcare data sets preferred
Proficient programming experience using Python/R/SQL is preferred
