Responsibilities

Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making
Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, refining job architecture and pay ranges to support business objectives
Manage the execution of our global planning cycles, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization
Partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence and insights
Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making
Participate in special compensation projects as needed

Required

5+ years of related compensation experience in a global technology environment
Deep knowledge of compensation practices and experience with RSUs, stock options and performance equity plans
Expert-level quantitative and statistical modeling skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, cross-functionally and globally, at a fast pace
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy data models and analytical tools to automate and improve compensation processes
Demonstrated programming fluency in SQL and Python (or R) to query large datasets and build custom analytical tools
Expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., array formulas, Power Query)
Strong experience with Workday (or similar global HRIS) for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
Strong interest in Pay Equity and Pay Transparency initiatives

Being a situational, influential leader with the ability to operate in the gray space, pivot as needed, and keep up in a hyper-growth environment
