Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of administrative/executive assistant experience
1+ year of customer service or client-facing experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
Experience working with NCR and/or AS400 platforms strongly preferred
Experience in the food distribution or manufacturing industry a plus
Familiarity with order management or CRM systems
Problem-solving mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure
Team player who can also work independently
Italian & Spanish language a plus
