Responsibilities

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and adoption matters
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in family law issues
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law disputes
Manage case files and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
Assist with intake processes and client consultations

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Active law licenseFamily law experienceLitigation skillsFluent in SpanishCompassionDiscretionCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Fluent/Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and litigation
Strong understanding of family law statutes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive client information with compassion and discretion
