Responsibilities
Design and implement control systems for aseptic lines, ensuring safety and quality compliance
Optimize control systems for concentration and puree production, enhancing efficiency and consistency
Program and maintain PLC systems to automate processes, reducing downtime and boosting efficiency
Use Ignition's SCADA software for developing and monitoring control systems, enabling real-time data visualization
Work with teams to integrate new control systems with existing infrastructure for seamless operation
Create and refine processes and utility systems to meet company needs and project goals
Qualification
Required
6-10+ years in controls/automation
Can program PLCs and SCADA from scratch
Strong Ignition experience (Vision and Perspective)
Strong Python & SQL scripting experience
Preferred
Food Processing/Pharmaceutical background
