Responsibilities
Conducting efficient and timely preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools, including changing fluids, filters and checking accuracy of calibrations
Recommending modifications and improvements to machines, equipment and processes
Training and instructing customers on preventive maintenance best practices and Hartwig services
Scheduling preventive maintenance customer visits
Conducting inventory counts
Ability to complete necessary tasks in our service software and timecard system daily
Traveling to customer sites, usually within 2 hours from home, with occasional overnight travel
Qualification
Required
Above average mechanical and electrical aptitude
Relevant mechanical or preventive work experience, inspection and/or repair experience
Someone who doesn't mind getting dirty or working in hot/cold environments
Good driving record and valid driver's license to ensure fleet vehicle insurability
