Responsibilities

Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, and processes to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate user access, security roles, and system configurations across Planning Analytics environments
Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration errors
Automate workflows and improve data pipelines between TM1, Excel (PAfE), and other enterprise systems
Document processes and provide training to end users and collaborators
Stay abreast of IBM Planning Analytics updates and standard processes, and proactively suggest improvements

Required

Possessing over 5+ years of practical involvement with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), encompassing expertise in TurboIntegrator scripting and MDX
Proficient comprehension of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) procedures
Experience with Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) and TM1 Web
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred

Familiarity with Anaplan or other planning tools is a plus
