They are seeking a skilled Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee the technical and engineering aspects of projects from conception to completion, focusing on maximizing project efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface with customers as the project manager for new programs

Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained to guarantee continuous customer satisfaction

Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to oversee engineering and technical operations across the department and facility

Perform product cost estimating and feasibility analysis for product design and tooling manufacturing

Assign, coordinate, and review the progress of the department to ensure projects are meeting company and customer standards

Track tool progress at tool shops to ensure timely completion

Report weekly to plant management on the status of all new programs

Lead the internal Product Development Team (PDT) for new programs and attend PDT customer meetings

Document all project activities and maintain comprehensive program files

Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams on repair and modification of existing tools and fixtures
