Responsibilities
Monitor live broadcast feeds for quality, timing, and signal integrity
Assist with troubleshooting transmission issues and escalating to the Sports Transmission team
Work with internal business stakeholders to communicate qualitative service delivery and service management deliverables
Support the scheduling and routing of live and recorded content
Maintain logs and documentation for compliance and operational tracking
Qualification
Required
Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
Graduating August 2026 – May 2027
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (if needed)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain focused in a live broadcast environment
Strong drive for results and taking initiative
Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
Ability to collaborate and have agility while making effective decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with business partners and drive the conversation
Flexible and adapts well to change
Detailed oriented – able to clearly and accurately express technical details in an understandable format
Eager to learn – Technology is constantly changing, and having the drive to learn new technology and apply it is essential to success
Team Player – You'll need to rely on other people to complete the project, and need to work well with others
Problem-Solver – you will need to be able to analyze a situation and make recommendations for resolutions, sometimes these answers are not obvious

Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Media Production, Broadcast Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
