Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing control systems for automated equipment, including robotics, AGVs, vision systems, PLCs, and HMIs
Learn to address technical challenges by programming robots, writing PLC code, and working with various electrical control devices
Gain hands-on experience in programming machines, powering them up, and debugging to ensure they meet specifications
Support the development of project bill of materials, participate in scope and specification meetings, and collaborate with the technical build group
Engage in comprehensive training and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Entry-level position open to fresh graduates
Basic understanding of PLCs, HMIs, Robotics, Mechatronics, Motion Control, and Vision Systems
Understanding of fundamental electrical concepts and industrial control circuits
Full fluency in Japanese and English is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in related fields is a plus
Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical
