Assistant Professor/Program Director - Radiography Technology
North Idaho College is seeking an Assistant Professor/Program Director – Radiography Technology to provide leadership and instruction in a program that prepares students for excellence in diagnostic imaging. This position oversees all aspects of program management, ensuring compliance with JRCERT standards while fostering a student-centered learning environment grounded in clinical competence and professional ethics.

Provide leadership and instruction in a program that prepares students for excellence in diagnostic imaging
Oversee all aspects of program management, ensuring compliance with Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) standards
Coordinate curriculum development, accreditation reviews, and clinical partnerships
Support faculty development
Maintain strong relationships with community partners to support quality clinical education
Teach engaging courses and advise students
Foster a supportive learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking, technical proficiency, and professional ethics
Collaborate with college leadership and health professions colleagues to advance program goals and ensure long-term success
Qualification
Required
Master's degree
three years of full-time equivalent related experience in a clinical setting
two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program
Must have a valid driver's license
Must hold current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography
